Question about circlets/tiaras/diadems/cornets

Hello. I nees a little help .. I want to ask if i reroll/find magic circlet/tiara/diadem wit 30frw/good amount of life can it be socketed to get 100% 3 sockets , or should i socket diadem/tiara/circlet/cornet to get 3sox and then reroll it. Also can 30frw/life mod spawn ongambled circlets/cornets/diadems/tiaras and when they are being rerolled ?

Magical and rare items will lose all affixes and get entirely new ones when rerolled. That includes sockets, 30%frw etc. If you add sockets with the Larzuk quest recipe, it will 1-2 of them for magical items (randomly) or one for rares.

A rerolled rare or magical item is generated the same way as a random monster drop.
