Q: How big is the AR bonus fom BA to Fanaticism? and...

I've heared there is a hidden bonus, but how big is it?
Or is this just a myth?

and how much has the leeched been nerfed? is it 1/2 or 1/3 in hell?

i added 12 to ba on my tesladin and it added 50 to my attack rating each point.......

any ways, i stopped counting how much it added after like 5 pts, and that's with no fanatacism so i have no clue if i just helped you or not...

Its sorta like a synergy to your attack rating. It doesn't matter if you have fanat on. It just adds the same way Fanat does to your AR. 5% per level, not affected by +skills items. At level 20, you have +100%. Effectively like adding 100% to the Fanaticism bonus. If Fanat says it gives +265% bonus to AR, and Zeal said +250% (entirely arbitrary numbers), and you had no Blessed Aim (though not possible), you'd have an actual +515%, or modifier of 6.15. If you had max Blessed aim, it'd be +615%, or a modifier of 7.15.
