Shopped this one from Drognan after about an hour of trying to find a nice lld foh scepter.

I wish it was ethereal and yes, it's socketed with a 40ed jewel with no secondary mod.

I've seen screenshots of an eth crafted 5XX% Thundermaul before which did more than 1K damage.

IMO a good rare must have 3 of these 4 mods

50+ life
20+str
20+dex
24 fhr

and then 1-3 single + 30 resists

a sash w/ 3 of these 4 is godly

PLUS

3 of these 4

40% pr
40% lr
40% fr
40% cr

Been looking for a good rare belt ... got some decent ones ... found one for trade once but had a c/o of like 12 hr's so i passed on it.
