that's a really cool orb! imo rare orbs are really underestimated. found a rare orb once:

20 fcr
+2 fb
+1 cm
+1 orb
+4 energy
26 mana
35 cold res
23 light res
lvl4 fb charges
doesn't beat an occy but it gets pretty close and does better fb damage. it also did more fb than +2 eschutas

Before I switched from East Hardcore Ladder to Europe Hardcore Ladder earlier in this season I had a sexy FB orb that was on my level 37 FB dueler. It looked something like this.
+2 Fire Skills
+20% FCR
+3X life
+3 Fireball
Other stupid mods of course, I think it had the % to make monsters flee on it, waste of mods, but hey, this girl did 3900 damage give or take. Her circlet, although it took two months to find, was worth it.

Socketed (2 Prubies)
+32 Life before rubies, 108 after.
The orb, this circlet, 2 fcr/mana rings, eth 'Eld' Visc, Pruby Vipermagi, +2 fire skills, 97 life amulet, 100 life belt, magefist, and waterwalk, along with 36 13-15 life susts gave me the best dueler I ever owned.. more fun than any high level.
