Phoenix aint a runeword with many variable mods
Very lucky to get your runes back
Also, this runeword is hardly used .... not popular

What did you use it for? what build and character and did it help you?

I use my phoenix shield on my zealadin it also have over 400% ed on it. And i use Coa to compensate for the loss of resistance due to the fact i used a shieldbase with no res, only attack rating and enhanced dmg.
