OT: The SPF Mafia Game Round Three

Why is it so bad to cast the final vote? Jaago obviously wasn't going to get lynched and the day was about to end. So rather than not having a lynching again, I changed my vote.

Now it's time to vote Jaago once again. I'm stubborn there.

Vote: Jaago

Well, true to my word,

vote Goltar

People can see my "yesterday" vote for my explanation. I realize that this may not be productive, as there are several votes for Moar already, but I said I'd vote for him and Thyiad as a pair.

I don't think Rash is mafia, Nor do I think goltar is. They were both anticipating the first mafia kill, had either been mafia I don't think it would have been a hitless night one. I do think Rash is one of those who acts like a class clown to get attention.

Meanwhile Moar is suspious just because she was added to the game after it's start. Not a fair reason for a lynch, but it's true that a missing mafia would need replacement, where a townie would be less imperative.

(RPing) God is angry with us, hence the rising death rate, first all these accidents and now drive bys! We should throw a sacrifice to the volcano to burn out the corruption and save our fair town!

Vote: Moar

Rest in peace, CDRToast.

I really hoped we'd put a stop to this killings with the deaths of Jaedhan (who looks to have been the mafia cop more and more as no one is imprisoned), Sint, and Thyiad. Right now, I'm a bit at a loss as to who is mafia. You're all suspicious, but some more than others. Still, there were some contradictions between Moar' posts, as Rashiminos pointed out, so I'm going to vote for her.

How am I acting like a clown again?

Half your accusations don't make sense. Some blandly contradict other things you've said, others are just as applicable to yourself or various other supposed-townies.

But perhaps w_m is right, and you're well-meaning but clumsy. Anyway, it seems like I have to give you the benefit of the doubt today.

Maybe if would reference something specific, then I could clarify.

Tomorrow may be our last chance, so...

If the Crooked Cop is still alive, along with the other 2 mafia, then someone is getting imprisoned tomorrow to up their chances of winning

Townies: do NOT vote until you are sure...
Vigilante: your last shot without possibly losing the town the game is tonight, so go for it if you are still alive
Cop: If you're still alive, your silence is troublesome
Doctor: Don't give up hope, you might just get lucky this time, if you're still alive
Village Idiot: please get murdered tonight...
Masons: be nice to know if you were still around somewhere...
Crooked Cop: Only one imprisonment eh? You get lynched or something?
Mafia: My noose has been fitted to your necks...

He's been steering you all into a direction he wants to go. This makes me less suspicious of Moar that I have previously been. I think we should be lynching the one of us that is more dangeruos to our peaceful little society.

People do know what they're supposed to do. The only non-mafia role I believe could be alive is the vigilante. That's just the way it seems to me; we have been fairly unlucky and outright bad in this round of the game.

For starters, Moar has 6 votes and is awaiting lynch, I'm not sure what skoolbus's ruling would be for unvoting after majority has been reached.

I haven't been able to steer people, else sir lister and moar would have been lynched sooner, and that has a lot to do with my decisive votes on nikon and sint, who were the primary targets of other townies, presumably.

It's that far already? To be honest, I haven't had time to count the votes.

It's better than nothing, alright.

Maybe tomorrow will be a better lynch.

I think I've mentioned enough specifics down the way. Just pick up a few inquisitive posts of mine, preferably recent ones, and "clarify" those.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Still as suspicious of Rash as I ever was. Add to that the fact that he's always one of the last when lynching, but spent yesterday "hmmm"-ing people for the same behaviour and... well, perhaps we can lynch him now?

Vote: Rashiminos

(DISCLAIMER: I'm not saying being one of the last to vote is bad. Hmmm-ing people for something you've done more yourself is.)

I was hmming skunkbelly since he put the next to last vote on people two days in a row, and it seemed odd enough to note. He was leaving the door open for anyone not currently voting those people to come in and make the last vote. This was more of an indication that I would be reviewing his posts more carefully than I would otherwise. He could be deflecting suspicion, he could just be voting people he thinks are mafia. It doesn't mean he's more likely to be mafia in and of itself, but that his past actions need to come under a more intense review.

A base reason for my decisive votes on Nikon and then Sint stems from me being opposed to lynching since day 1. If we lose, the 3 no-lynches will be the largest contributing factor (especially since it didn't pressure the mafia to put the idiot out of commission). Nikon's day 4 antics were alarmingly brash and seemed out of sync with the day 1 encounter between us, he was capable of good reasoning and subtlety, yet he chose to insult Sint rather then refute him. Believing Nikon to have been the cop, Sint drew some of my attention on day 5, but I'll have to review my notes there.

You guys wanted days to last for a set period of time, so even though Moar has enough votes, she gets a chance to try and convince you all of her innocence.

Thanks, that's nice of you.

But I doubt it matters much as I think the town is set on lynching me anyway, no matter if I am innocent or not.
And I certainly am innocent.

So your past actions need to come under a more intense review? I agree.

That's one thing that's been bothering me. Did you kill Nikon believing he was the cop? Or did you decide he was the cop afterwards?

When you announce Nikon as the cop, you add that Sint and Moar are mafia. Goltar and Thyiad are NOT [sic] mafia. Then you neatly discover an odd voting habit of Thyiad and cast the next-to-last vote for her. See the first quote for implications. To top it off you accuse Moar of agreeing with you and casting the final vote.

This smells like a set-up. And even if it isn't, I'm curious how this leaves you any less suspicious than Moar. There's still some daylight left...
