OT: Pokémon Go Mini-Bar

Well, I got only one shiny shuckle out of 200ish, and I did get a lucky 100% shuckle who I will max out. I also got 3 shiny bunnies which is cool.

Most exciting is I reached 1000km walked since I started playing dec 31, which means I've traveled 9km/day on average and that's in the absolute trash weather we've had for 4 straight months.
 
I should be quite upset I didn’t get a bunny or a turtle. But I’m in a calm mood. Because yesterday I hatched a shiny Gastly.

Anyone coming to America for go fest? If I should be lucky to get tickets who wants to go to Chicago?

Also, no latios either, but a 97.8% makes up for that one some.
 
I got shiny aerodactyl yesterday - right before the easy task for it was removed. *phew*

No time for groudon raids sadly, and no ground shinies despite walking around for 4 hours the other day waiting for a car repair lol
 
Uxie is here in Australia, and I've only done a couple. I haven't been out for raids in a long while, but I'm looking forward to the new set of raids starting tomorrow. Will be raiding probably all the T1's (Machop, Bronzor, Slakoth and Shinx, all potential shiny.)
Tier 2's for Clamperl and Kirlia. Maybe only do Chansey from T3, and I'll need to find another person or 2 for T4/T5s.

Are you guys looking for the friendship xp bonus? We're approaching best/ultras, and I'm not sure the best time for your locations. I also only have 2 Lucky Eggs left.

While I love the 20 raid passes in the new box, it has no lucky eggs!
 
I've got only one lucky egg left but since I just got lvl 38 sunday, I don't think I care too much.

I didn't realize clamperl would be in raids so I'll probably try to prioritize those. I have a left-over shiny or 2 and a couple of regular ones but I don't even have gorebys in the dex, yet.
 
I’ve got eggs. On vacation starting tomorrow afternoon for 8 days though so no idea of a set time for me opening mine. You can open yours when you want. Look for gifts from all over the west from me starting tomorrow night through next Thursday.

However, this will make it difficult for me to do lapras, and I would really like a shiny of that. I also still have 178 passes, so I’m mainly interested in incubators. If trading ever opens remotely can you or jcakes save me a uxie since they don’t seem to be rotating? I’ve got plenty of azules.

Priorities in 1 star is machop (so many terrible iv machamps.....) and want a shiny, bronzer, shinx, also feebas in T2.

How was community day for you guys? I got eight shiny (all bad/average ivs) and evolved my double perfect male torchics up to blazikens with both special charge moves.

Whoops. Slakoth can't be shiny. The others can. Can send through an Uxie if that happens. Some people are claiming to have heard the Trio will rotate, while other sources say they won't. At some point, Niantic will open it up:

Feebas Day (shiny): People got mad because they didn't get a shiny Feebas, and Feebas came out in eggs and raids.
Clamperl Day (shiny): People got mad because they didn't get a shiny Clamperl, and now it's in raids (and had better odds and smoother quests on the Day.)
Regionals: Popped up in eggs all over the world.

They will rotate them at some point, or open them up in one way or another, for a short period of time.

I actually really like seeing the different stops around the world. Most are fairly average, but you sometimes find some amusing stops.
Community Day, evolved my 96% I had saved, and nothing higher than that spawned in our area. In the city, reports of 2x 100%'s in the same park. I got a good number of shinies, 7 or 8 I think. I was working more for stardust - I purposely finished off the rest of my dust so that I only had a few thousand, and ended the day with just over 100,000 dust. I burnt out part way through, but it was interesting checking out the new lure mechanics. Some people dropped those in the area.

We just had our increased raid hatches (all T1-T5) this evening, and I missed out. I was going to go join a group, but the exit to this estate (not my usual home,) was absolutely chockers. I would've spent 10mins to even get two streets away, so I would've missed the event anyway. The design of this estate is rediculous. A single entrance/exit for multiple housing estates, filled with roundabouts. Traffic was a crawl.
But the others got a good amount of raids done. Double XP and double Candy, so hope they enjoyed it. :D
 
How was everyone’s community day? I got one in the middle of nowhere, so I’m content. Not a single shiny from the current event though. How many are actually doing the 50k challenge?
 
I almost always walk 50 km (at least until school starts up again) so I'm happy I'll be getting the 50k stardust reward for 2 weeks in a row! I'll finally use my last star piece (and redeem my weekly reward at the same time instead of near midnight like usual).

CD was good. It was really sunny though so I took a long break to charge my phone, delete, and cool down. I only evolved 2 things with body slam as it doesn't seem that useful (I don't care about pvp - if it's even that useful there) but I did get 4 new dex entries thanks to a magnetic lure!

I mostly just wanted an excuse to catch a huge amount of pokemon to rebuild my stardust shortage and CDs are perfect for that. Even without the stardust bonus from torchic day (for example) having ~2-3 dozen easy-to-complete tasks more or less prevents running out of items.
 
Community Day for me was... a bit slack. I was held up with work, and couldn't be bothered to go the one of the usual places for the day. Got 2 shinies in 1.5 hours. I heard other's had it a bit worse, getting a couple of shinies for 2-3 hours event time, while another got 20+ shinies (this person always hits the main spot in the city for community day.) To be honest, Slakoth isn't one I'm too concerned about.
I got my 50kms walked, got the bonus stardust, and then learnt that a Star Piece added to the bonus dust. I should easily be able to do another 50kms this week, so I've learnt for next week, and double checking with the chat group before opening PoGo on Monday. I plan on saving the quest reward encounters this week for when I pop the egg for the extra dust, and can catch a lot with the same Star Piece. It's a huge bonus for most people to aim for, and definitely rewarding for those who go the extra few kms!

I haven't played PoGo a lot lately. Mostly just ensure I get the basics - 50 coins, spin, catch and daily quest, and a couple of raids; not even enough to use the daily pass daily.
 
The current event is excellent. I have shiny misdreavous,geodude,snubull,and double shiny horsea. All from the last two days. How’s everyone else doing?
 
Unfortunately you came while someone did the Lithuanian rain dance. It clears a little here in Cleveland this week, but anything south is currently underwater.

Got my second shiny cressilia with much better ivs yesterday (1621) in the rainstorm.
 
@Jcakes I think we are going to be ultra friends with the next gift. Do you care to coordinate or just do it whenever?

Secondary note I found a shiny horsea today. None during the actual event but now I get one. This game makes no sense to me. Also one shiny whale during the raid hour. No others so far.
