OT: Pokémon Go Mini-Bar

Picked up a 93% to play with (probably hoarding rare candies in prep for it or whenever they decide to release the shiny). Went 7 for 7 today . (Six rays and one dialga) best iv was today as well. Pretty content overall. Next week we have a pvp tournament tentatively scheduled after the raids. Not sure if I’ll participate.

I feel like I don't actually need an amazing dragon TBH. I can't stick it in the gym, and it's not like I'll be soloing, duoing or trioing tier 4-5 raids where it would actually be useful (since my GF cares less than me and I mostly only do 1 raid/day so I'm not too hardcore about this).

I guess dragon is also usually neutral DPS which is cool.

Either way I'll be powering my 91% ray up after tomorrow since I have the rare candies to burn and then I'll probably leave it as flying/flying until a need obviously arises. It is lvl 25 atm and I just reached lvl 35 today!

Neutral DPS is not that useful TBH. The multiplier for super effective moves is 1.6, so you always want to use a mon that does SE damage in raids.

Anyone see a shiny moon/sun yet? I haven’t.....

Treecko is Saturday from 3-6. Might go a little less hard for this one due to having a ton of candy and not really liking this shiny one.

With the return of girartina I can probably get a better iv one. (Kind of like the way it looks)

I haven't seen one yet. Hoping to get a shiny or at least a lucky solrock before they became rare spawns again. I didn't get lucky lunatone before it left, either :(

Lotad event today. In the pouring rain that’s set to become snow tonight. Did get one shiny solrock. Hopefully not a ton of snow so I can do some more giratina raids tomorrow. How’s the percentages for this shiny event?

I had a very relaxed Lotad event. I wasn't fussed at all, and got incredibly lucky with my first Castform being shiny. After that, I found it wasn't quite so easy, without finding another shiny for a bit. If you're committed, you'll get quite a few by the odds we had, so best of luck! The quests were a lot more relaxing and quicker paced than Feebas quests. I didn't mind Feebas quests (I liked that they were a challenge and the shiny was actually rare, but the pacing of these quests felt more balanced and rewarding.) Niantic have done well with their progress on the events, and I'm sure most will be happy with the event today.

feebas was fine for me but the weather where I was was awful. I was very lucky with 3 feebas/ 25ish tasks (probably less)

It's rain all day today here as well, so I'm hoping wild lotad have increased shiny chance, too.. any idea if that's true?

Did pretty well. Have 1 perfect lotad. Seven shiny castform, five shiny lotad. The first shiny lotad took me about thirty quests, but then they seemed to even out really fast. Didn’t see a single wild one in the rain though.

Next event is bug event. Shiny scyther please!

Ended with 6 x lotad so relatively happy. My only gripe is compared to the Clamperl event, there was not many wild spawns (which made completing the catch 5 weatherboosted mons difficult)

I saw some complaints about that (early) which makes me wonder if it was the 'eastern side' of the world getting shafted again and that things were adjusted for us

Our day finished off with some snow! Damn, I thought we had seen the last of it.

I'm getting very annoyed with how the adventure sync rewards work. Having to not spin any stops for most of the day before is frustrating (to avoid getting another egg). Opening gifts, too.

I'm 0.2 km from an egg hatching, and about 0.5 km from my nearest gym where I would get my 7 day streak. So it looks like I'll have to hope for a 2 km egg and then hatch 2 of them today (I only have 1 atm, and need 2 empty spots).

Last week I had the open egg slots but only got the 5 km egg anyway which sucks.

I’ve never hit 50k. I average about 25k a week though.

Got three weather boosted giratina today. Highest an eighty eight . Not too bad.

Bagon day this weekend. Anyone actually get a shiny scyther? Kind of depressed about that one. Also still hoarding sinnoh stones.

I didn't!

Just cancelled a trade I was going to do with someone since I got the corsola I wanted from someone else for free (my shiny for their regional). They were pretty mad that I bailed.

I know it sucks that it takes a month to trade, but it's not like I promised to hold that pokemon specifically for them. I try to do so, in general, but yeesh.

I don't want to spend 80k stardust on something I don't need anymore!
Oh well.

Traded someone else for my first mewtwo (shadowball) today. That leaves poliwrath as my last missing gen1 pokemon. Unfortunately the mewtwo's atk stat sucks (5!) but whatever, I still used 100+ rare candies and powered it up. At least I have room for more items again lol

Just hatched an 100%feebas. Will be walking it tomorrow with the event. If you ever visit Cleveland I can trade you an unown.

Shuckle can't die. He's too defensive and just needs to go to a health/pokemon center. RIP. :(

I was in a place with 6x T5 raids all at the same time, in an area that is usually pretty active with people with multiple accounts. None of them were raided. I barely ever get to see that many raids at once, and the one time I do, no one is around.

rain all day today, but I'm going to try to find shuckles at my university where I can hide in buildings mostly.

tomorrow there is NO raid so I might walk around for 10 hours!
