You just got me slapped -.-

What is the name of the program where you can choose subtitles and such on the animes?

Oh well, thanks for that link to Naruto, always been curious about that anime. A shame they have to translate the though...

Are the countries with less than 20 millions inhabitants the only ones that subtitle instead of translate?
Yeye

Whats about the slap DRS?

If by translate, you mean they are voiced over, then they're not translated.
They have english subtitles on the bottom of the screen. And subtitling is done by fans so it's not really official or whatever.

What bands/music you guys into?

Lately:

Keith Jarrett. Complete piano virtuoso. In 1973 he started to play a concert format where he would improvise, alone, for the ful hour + encores. Absolutely amazing and brilliant musician who is capable of playing any style given to him. Also played with Miles Davis, Don Ellis, and Charles Lloyd. Currently is touring with his trio comprising of him, Jack DeJohnette, and Gary Peacock.

Rahsaan Roland Kirk. The original avant-garde musician, a completely werid person all around. Became blind at age two when a nurse was having a bad day and poured too much of the wrong medicine in his eyes. Learned to play music on a water hose. His grandfather would come and practice on their piano, so he would run out back and play along on a water hose. His life long dream was to be able to play 2 saxaphones at once, and learned to play the mazello and the stritch at one time. He developed a one handed technique where he could actively play different melodies on one another. He also had a strange way of singing while playing the saxaphone, it's hard to explain.

Albert King. I picked up his "Born Under A Bad Sign" about a month ago and it hasn't come out of my stereo yet. Probably the best modern-electric blues guitarist, he has always had wonderful sessions.

George Lynch. He was the guitar hero of the '80s for the hair-metal band Dokken. He now plays a darker style of rock, but with a very complex virtuoso feel to it. Currently been listening to his covers of classic-rock tunes where he completely shreds through Bob Dylan's "All Along The Watchtower."

Cynic. Death Metal Progressive with a very distinctive vocals. Odd and strange music, yet it fits and is cool.

Addison Groove Project. Local fusion band that I personally know. Great covers of classic Floyd albums. Lately they collaborated with Phish guitarist Trey Annestasio.

Hmm... i mainly listen to Megadeth, Mushroomhead, Iced Earth and Metallica...

Other than that it's usually just Videogame Music... Nobuo Uematsu(Final Fantasy) is t3h gr34t3st!!!@@!!!2!!!1... as is Koji Kondo(Super Mario, Zelda and many others)...

Led Zeppelin always has a place in my cd player, so that's always pumpin through my ears...

Normally i'd prattle off a list of at least 50 bands/musicians, but i'm tired and i can't really think very well at the moment... just assume that i like a ton of music... except Pop, Country and Polka... of course, it all depends on the song i guess ;)

Intresting dembonez, havn't of much in there, besides the guitarist from phish..
For your information DemBonez is Jake. Just in case you didn't know. :)

I've been listening to Delirious, Teble Charger, The Elms... A whole mix. Honestly though, I could play Starcraft background music and be entertained by it alone for hours.

Do you listen to original soundtracks? If you haven't yet, get some of The Black Mages' music (Nobuo's little band). They're great.

Just received a copy of the youth writing anthology a 350 word story of mine is in. Not a story I'm terribly proud of, but it's me in print, so that's cool.

Good question... :cheesy:

Wolves are just emensely cool as pets, but I may try for a spider or something that wil be able to disable/slow/ensnare enemies for me. or just tank the crap out of anything.

I likes musak. Thinking of going out music shopping once I get paid, cause I've not actually bought a new album in about 3 years or so. My work mate keeps going on about Cambrian something-or-other who seem quite good, so I might go for that for the sake of having an actual physical CD to play with.

Whoever did that to you Tor is a bint. >.<

I had to refuse a customer yesterday cause their signature had worn off their card, and it was eating at me all night :/ I'm sure I did the right thing, but I don't know if it was the correct choice... if you know what I mean. I don't think I can really be faulted on my handling of the situation, but I still have a nagging doiubt that I made a mistake somewhere. I'm not used to being assertive, I guess that might be what has me freaked.

How did this become such a long post?

I have to get back to watching animé, I find I don't have enough... enthusiasm?... to keep watching past about a dozen episodes :/

Freaky-***-wierd dream time.

Last night I had a wierd dream. basically in this dream I had a little sister who was the embodiment of all evil. And had blue skin and really creepy eyes (like that lil girl zombie at the start of Dawn of the Dead). There were also three guys with her, each of whomm was an evil form too. I think it was Death, Decay and Hatred or something, kinda four horsemen-esque, but without quite being able to remeber what the four were ment to be cause I was asleep and couldn't really think of anything for War anyways. I distinctly remember Decay though, cause he was a kinda bloated, rotting, worm-eaten corpse, but still with a mostly recognisable face. Each of these guys had once been alive, but when they died each of them rose up again in their fated form to serve their part in an evil prophecy. All of this was freaky enough, people trying to kill my lil sis (with good reason) and all that and me being afraid of her myself (torn up about whether or not I should help her or try to destroy her). And then when I found out that each of the other three had been alive once, they killed me (by dragging me along behind a vehilce of some sort) and I became Pestilance I think. It was even worse than Decay, it was nasty. It was also a bizare transformation, kinda like my skin went transparent, then my body just... changed into what it was to be. So I was evil too.

I don't remeber much else.

Cept somethnig about our mother trying to give my sis plastic surgery to cover up her blue skin and freakish eyes, so I have an image of her with bandages all over her face. It did work for a while, but once I died, the normal colour skin just kinda peeled and flaked off, revealing her true colour underneath.

If I were any kind of artist, I'd try to make an animé series out of that dream...

My head is buzzing empty right now, can't think well at all...
Less anime? I doubt you'll have that kind of dreams after a evening/night watching emmerdale. :D
I'm so groggy at mornings that I have no recollection of what I've dreamed of. Even the rare time I wake up energetic and remember my dreams all the details slip away from me before I can go through them again(memorize). The general idea usually sticks though.
