New PVM Pally build - The Squire

Cool! I've played paladins for quite some time but never even thought of a "Squire" build. :)

Since i'm condemned to single player only (no nice runewords like insight etc) I started my single player Squire with an (ahem) treat. Right from the start he had a master, an act2 Knight called Waheed with a skill level of 1. (Thanks hero edit, haven't had a need to use that for a while!). Seems to be working good, haven't tried a ressurect. Mercs blessed aim aura doesn't work, expecting it to start working when the merc gets to lvl 12 of course.

Holy Squire Baldrick is playing in-character and taking good care of his new master...

"Yes my lord!"
"Would m'lord like his good poison spear to despatch this next boss pack?"
"I'll just carry all this treasure for you, m'lord."
"With all respect, maybe m'lord should follow me over here and kill this shaman, instead of killing those same 3 fallen over and over again..."
"M'lord looks tired, would you like a few more holy bolts sir?"

It's a refreshing change to be selecting items based solely on service to the "Knight", very different from all my other Pally builds.

Thanks a lot for this guide!
I can't say about hell but i can tell normal and nightmare are gonna be a hoot! :)

Re: New PVM Pally build - The Squire

Another idea for a weapon might be a Reaper's Toll as the decrepify would help with crowd control, damage your Knight did, and any damage reflected to them.....i think. Maybe a might merc with reapers toll, bramble, whatever helm fits the situation, and then you could have concentration on.....Just my 2 cents....
