Dwarf stars on back to back meph runs during the lunch hour (with a moser's and a few other mid lvl uniques) and a Ko rune from LK chests. Not a bad 15mins :)

My first one. Found running NM andarial. It was far from where she died though so I think another random unique might have dropped it. I consider myself lucky as it was only my 25th odd run and only my second unique ring that she dropped the first being a crummy nagel.
