NM Cows is a good place to run. I've had many nice things drop there over the years including skiller's and resist all charms.

I got seceral pc skillers from NM cows for my surprise. Also i remember getting ist rune once .

The general rule: Once you are able to run something in hell, don't spend anymore time in NM. You can still get all the items as from NM, but all the top-end items can drop in hell. Pits or hell Mephisto shouldn't be so hard with the right build and average items.
