The way of playing.

I like amazons, strong Java-amazons. They are one of the strongest lightning-build in the entire game.
I didin't use any skillers. No luck there with LK and rolling charms.. So when i get some skillers, she will be even more better. Normal was easy to clear out. I helped her out abit with my Candice, from time to time. Act4 hell had many LI's and not even my merc could help her out much. HF in nightmare was nothing to talk about and Hell produced me a Lum, kind of sad. I still need an Ist to get my Lo. Baal was not so hard to finnish even if Candice helped me during the baalrun, she could handle the queen just fine and became the Matriarch after all! She is really fun to clear out pindle and he's friends. Also cowruns is just a breeze to handle. Not much mf on her, but if i ever get my hand on a griffon, she will be more fun to rule the game with.

Next project could be a male maybe.

GG on the Guardian. I mean, gg on the Matriarch.

For the most part, I'm with you on the "chicks r teh pwn" in D2. Of my top 3 favorite classes, two have boobies. The other one has arthritis and thinks everything used to be much better back in the day and it used to be you payed one penny for a corpse and got some money back, too. :badteeth:

On a sidenote, just for giggles, do try Lightning Strike with a Thunderstroke if you have it. That one has become my second most favorite amazon skill. (Strafe takes the cake because it's just too damn awesome to look at)

Thank you for the reply Nightfish. Well, i tried it out on the switch. So much more str, dex with it, but i didin't notice it was so much better then titan's. Could try out a fishyzon.

The thing with Thunderstroke is it represents the cheapest source of -eLR, which is even more important mod if you play a pure build. Getting Griffon's can take some time, and until then you can either use physical attacks, or break those LIs you can. I suppose you simply jabbed through the LIs while questing..

Once you already have some -eLR (Griffon's, faceted shield), or if you are not concerned with LIs, the choice between Thunderstroke and Titan's is a matter of power vs convenience.
