Jewelers light armors, (I have a 60/160 69 life Archon) Full Plate is not really worth it.

This is the first Small Charm I've found with this much elemental damage on it. It dropped from Nihlathak.
Shocking Small Charm of Anthrax
Rlvl: 82(!)
1-60 Lightning damage
50 poison damage over 6 seconds
I just wish it had rolled with the same element type on the charm, but out well. It'll be fun to throw on an elemental based character.

Bottom line: 99% of blue armours are Charsi food.
If it's Jeweler's AP of the Whale then certainly. Otherwise, not worth keeping IMO. If it has the Whale suffix then it's magic anyway, so can't be runeworded, and it's limited to one prefix. I can't think of a prefix that would make it compare to a good runeword or unique.
Bottom line: 99% of blue armours are Charsi food.

Yes, Jewelers armours with other good suffixes are excellent, as I said. They constitute way <1% of blue armours that drop, though, so I'm not sure what you're acting all upset about. And I never said Forti had IAS, so where did that come from?

LorveN's is still the best I see here in the PDR Blue Armor field unless I missed a AP version
Blues Armors are used for life & PDR plus what you can stick in sockets, the fact that any blues still get used now when Runewords are around etc just shows how a build can be centered on 1 or 2 things.

why do u all guys put sols in the armors? it gives only 42 DR not 42%. i'd rather go with some pgs it it instead

For pvm. 55 integer DR makes you immune to a bugged viper, ~70 makes you immune to anything that's not a champ/unique.

Oh no major reason. I mean it's nice being Physical Immune for pretty much all of Hell for PvM players, and if you're an ES sorc you're almost Physical Immune in PvP. But apart from people who like that sort of minor bonus there's not much point really.
Try a 3 Sol Mask in Normal or even Nightmare and you'll really notice the difference in damage you take - it's an amazing, cheap and under-used leveling helm. Half the time you can just sit there and not take any damage at all.
If you ever get the following blues (with high affixes):
Prismatic Diadem of Life Everlasting (with 2 sockets from Lazaruk)
Prismatic Amulet of Life Everlasting (Or +3 Tree Skills of Life Everlasting)
Then either give them to me or make yourself a Physical Immune build with awesome elemental resists.

Might as well show this one, on the same theme. Pretty neat! Highest single-source item I have.
