low lvl item fund

im on us east acc: *mathil or *thesaint (my classic acc, im hardly ever there, but its fun every once in a while).

the fund has nothing in the way of non-ladder on east. jackson donated stuff for non-ladder on west and im sure a lot of ppl have non-ladder help, but i can't count myself among them. well, if you do decide to go ladder, let me know, but it doesn't have to be in this thread bc this thread is getting rather long and anything that can be said outside of it, will help. ppl don't like looking through 100 posts to find some little information.

shawnh: everything so far has been ladder aside from the USWEST stuff from jackson that came in the form of whole accounts.

i didn't think there was much of a need for non-ladder. most ppl on these forums are stacked when it comes to non-ladder anyways.

I'm looking for some decent mf gear as well, although I don't need a lot:

A gull.
Good mf ammy.
Decent pair of mf boots. (Doesn't have to be war travs or somethin, just maybe some boots with a good mf %.)

This is what me and the other Admins of our old Newbie Fund did about 1-2 years ago.

We just had a few people who were trusted with the passwords. (We had 3)

When people wanted to donate, the "admins" would just come into the game and the donors would drop everything on the ground while the "admins" picked the stuff up.

When people want to take/get something, they'd message an "admin" who will then go log into the mule accounts and help the person pick out anything that they might need.

I'm a donor for Uswest NL, and if you message me *RoM[AAA] or *RoM[Bunnies], I can help you out with a lot of NL stuff and a bit of L things.

just got lvl 19 yesterday and been playin all day and im trying a meteorb build and things are going a bit slow... im running around using "Superior Cloth Armor OF The Dead Cow" and that sorta noob stuff and it isnt helping much... im not picky at all on what is given just something to help me get through this tough spot, I should be ok when i get to lower 30's but as of right now my xp isnt budging :\ This will of course be a MF sorc and i hope when shes high enough lvl i can also contribute to the low lvl fund because it is hard getting started if ur not rich. thanks!

I have one of these, and I've accrued a small assortment of uniques and some set items that I would like to donate. I think my problem is that I work night shift - I'm usually on in the mornings.
Is there anyone online around 5am-8am PST?

i do mf runs out the wazoo and usually do free mf drop games for nubs.

If you made a general "donation game" server i could keep comin back to , to drop unwanted gear. I could do that, but id rather not waste such time having to pm you and setup a game like that.

Usually i get the low lvl sets n WAY too many sig shields, so im sure some nub wants one.
 
we tried a 'donation game' but it didn't work too well. having someone idle on the accs is a bad idea, noone else can access the acc.

what i've been doing is once every few days jumping online and msging everyone on that realm who posted there acc here. i say some simple msg like "its mathil, im in game xxxx//xxxx". you can come in and just drop the stuff in that game. its not exactly what your talking about. you can't do it while mfing, but you can come in and clear off a bunch of mules really fast.

drunken_tiger: well, actually i haven't seen a gull dagger since i played classic. they have got to be one of the hardest items to find.
 
Hi, I just started playing again after a year layoff. Started a ladder sorc, but I am struggling really hard in hell act 1.. my eq is horrible. I would really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks!
