This is super random, but a long time ago (6+ years probably), there was a screenshot of a berserker axe with something like 540% ED. If memory serves, it was ethereal, two sockets, 2x ohm in the sockets, cruel of quickness. I don't remember the name of it, and my google fu is failing me. I don't know if it was legit either tbh. I also recall it was crafted, but not 100% on that.

Anyway, has anyone seen that screenshot or has it?

I don't recall this item, but...

If it was ethereal, it wasn't crafted. No item from a cube recipe that produces a new item will ever be ethereal...

A 1.07 crafted zerker axe could get up to 511%ED, and would get 3 sox from Larzuk...
A 1.08 or 1.09 rare or crafted zerker axe could only get 200%ED from affixes...
A 1.10+ rare or crafted zerker axe could get up to 450%ED & 2sox (have to spawn with 2sox though, Larzuk will only put 1)...the rare could even spawn eth...

So if your memory is accurate, it'll be a 1.10+ rare
