LOD 1.09d Question

Which patch did Blizzard nerf the Act V experience runs up the mountain (Blood runs I think they were called)?

I remember doing them pre-1.10 and I'd like to go back to the non-synergy side of things if I can just pinpoint the correct patch. I enjoyed the game a bit more then, before all the idiotic uber-monsters.

Since 1.10, the Ancients reward is capped at a maximum gain of one level and you have to be at least L20/40/60 to get the quest solved in normal/nightmare/hell mode.

Thanks for the info, but not anywhere close to what I was asking.

Blood runs used to be a great way to run exp from what I recall. I know they nerfed the exp gain of the run with one of the patches (1.10 I believe).

I'm looking to play pre-1.10, and I just want to make sure that 1.09d didn't nerf the run, and I can't seem to find the old patch notes.

You're looking for 1.09 indeed. I'd pick .09b instead of .09d though.

I'll be starting from scratch (no twink items). I originally played a zealot with some success, any suggestion on a good 1.09 character to start frest with?
