OMG, thank god I got Inferno/Warmth. If I had no synergies, those 5 skills would not make it far at all, highest skill to attack something is level 6 :hide: Well here goes my first Inferno sorc ever, I'm sure not trying icebolt with cold mastery. If I survive and get 20 Warmth/20 Inferno/20 Fireball then I just have to start getting the cold skills.

Now as for my Barbarian, Bloodshot....His progress has been utterly slow to say the least. I just hit level18 and got the cube(yes I'm trying to get to act3 asap, so I can at least get some armor on) My merc is my only means of killing, as I do a pitiful 30damage(12poison by 2x6over3sec, 1-4light and a little fire, with my base at 5-10 with my starter axe) Boy can't wait until 27 at the latest when I can gamble up a Flamberge. Until I can get a weapon I am quite useless, but I shall make my it to my weapon.

Beau-Weevil rolled over to 19, successfully bowled over Andariel and stepped his first foot into Lut Gholein.
Thankfully, I re-rolled Vitality as my primary stat. If I was forced to keep Energy on top of the less than favorable skill set, I would not have an enjoyable time with Mr. Weevil. Currently, I'm thinking I'll concentrate on Dire Wolf, Molten Boulder and Poison Creeper. I haven't decided what I'll do with Artic Blast, but Raven was the first skill I invested 5 points into. Through the act they proved invaluable dealing with crowds and proving a solid distraction while I was virtually armorless.
Up until I was able to gamble a Bone Shield, Light Plated Boots and Light Gauntlets I was surviving on my starting Club, Buckler and gambled Belt (that was Level 15 or so mind you). Still, it wasn't too difficult and I didn't have any close calls of note. Having the Ravens helped immensely and it only got easier in the Catacombs when I finally got my wolves. Molten Boulder has also been great for crowd control, though not having ANY synergies sucks terribly and the damage will not keep up later.
Within the next few levels I'll be able to get my Long War Bow but it'll be some time before I can get that Light Plate.
Drops of note have been two Artic Furs, a Gnasher, Hsaru's Iron Stay and Hotspur
sad2 all of which have found their way to a merchant for a couple more coins.

Clearing half of act2 using my merc went smoothly and I was able to successfully whack Duriel with my "Almighty Starter Hand Axe :evil: " Leaving act2 at level22 paid off well. I was meet by the town smith and he welcomed me with a Flamberge finally! I went out and hit 25, and he welcomed me again with a Field Plate so I could complete my basic equipment leaving me feeling good. But alas it was getting late(or I was just tired from the weekend) And when your eyes start to close its time to pack it up, I was surprised I didn't meet my doom, as those inferno shamans tore me up quite easily. I must say, this is one of the hardest Barbarians I have ever played. Hopefully a few levels and better equipment pay off, otherwise its going to be a long and interesting haul.
