Is there a way to get new rune words in off-line single player before ladder ends?

I would like to know if there is a way to get access to the new rune words in off-line single player without waiting for the ladder to start and end. Something similar to what the old RWM mod provided.

RWM (or any other mod) for D2 Ressurected will not be permitted here, as per the rules.

Any RW enabled by default in Single Player is fine of course.
