How about a good merc... and max all ur light synergies... SCREW going hybrid. I have NEVER went hybird and almost NEVER have any problems with immunes.... Ur LF will kill Light Immunes Slowly as it is.. and + a merc you will be fine.

Go with Det's build + a might merc.. or even a Holy freeze merc with a high dmg wepon will be just fine.

A "good" merc isn't really an option for an untwinked character. He's as good as the gear you find...

Going with some form of hybrid is the only way you'll be able to solo hell, if indeed you do choose to try to solo hell (barring some insane drops along the way). You won't have a significant amount of physical damage from your javelin, as it'll probably be a shopped ias one (at least that's what I've found to work best), and your merc will (at best) have something along the lines of an Insight Partizan/Bec/etc. You need another source of damage. I prefer sticking to javs rather than a bow for two reasons - you keep your shield for the resists you desperately need, and you keep your shield for the block you desperately need.

If you do go with a bow/jav hybrid, I would highly recommend you do NOT skip Charged Strike. Killing bosses without it is possible, but it's so much easier with it.
