Ideal Ilvl to reroll small charms and get smalls of sustience/vita?

Any one know the following:
What Ilvl is ideal to use the 3pgem+charm recipe to roll
A. a small of sustinence
B. A small of vita
C. Sharp grand charm


And also, I dont know what Ilvl corresponds to which monsters, so if anyone could give me an idea of what Ilvl goes with which area//difficulty monsters, that would be much appriciated.

I always have good luck rolling skillers from NM A5 monsters, and I believe vita is about the same level as skill prefixes, so I'd say from around there.

Not entirely sure on the sharp/sustenance though.

small of vita (44 lvl needed):

Stony Tomb Level 2 (NM)

sharp grand (26 lvl needed):
Arreat Plateau
Plains of Despair
Outer Seppes

skillers (47 lvl needed):
same as small of vita from monsters

Of course GCs obtained from hell cs champions / diablo / baal can get you skills of vitality , which are very nice to get

i usually roll hell pindle charms. small/grands it has a better chance to get skill charms with vita mods.
