How to Craft Amulet: +Skill, FCR ???

Yeah thats the one...it spawns with +5-10% fcr, and some other standard mods. To get 20 fcr you need to be really lucky and spawn 10% from the standard and the 10% apprentice mod or whatever it is.

is there a character level above which you stop seeing additional advantage to things that are dependant on clvl such as gambling? Or does every level you gain all the way to 99 just keep on improving those gambled items?

output = plus4 or minus5 of your charater lvl
Crafting
output = (ilvl / 2 ) + ( clvl /2 )
So to craft an ammy that has the possibilities of getting the fabled mod +2 to class skills the best way to do this is to gamble the ammy at clvl 93 and craft it your self.
gambled ammys worse possible lvl would be 88
output = ( 88 / 2 ) + ( 93 / 2 )
output = 44 + 46 = 90

The lowest lvl req +2 class skill crafted amulet can get is 89 I believe, so no big suprise there
