What an achievement Dave!!
I've been playing this game for ages, and read many stories, but this one is really outstanding... I just had to read all in one go, (also quite an effort ;-))

Naked all curses necro?
untwinked Guardian without spending any stat points?

There are some reports at the nec forum about golemmancers and cursemancers, but I think none finished hell with them.
Cursemancer should be easy.. just be a merc whore and spam curses. Playable on permanent players 8.
Golemmancer (if merc, then no curses) should be much harder and quite a pain to finish hell, even on players 1. Up to hell you can play players 8, though.

Gambler?
Only use items that you gambled.
If you gample item that you already have, replace old one.
Pick randomly skill from available skills when you lvl/got skill from Q.
Pick up only gold and bottles.
Repairing and buying arrows is allowed.
