D2 How can i use my PS account PC and vice verse?

Hi so i bought 2 versions and cant figure it out. I see people posting trade offers simulteniously on PC + PS. Last week i linked ps acc from pc via battle.net site and then my ps stuff dissappeared

I have ps5 pc and bought the game two times and no information how to do it

thats weird, I thought it was supposed to be all synched up once the accounts are linked through battle.net

When i synced my ps acc on my pc via battle.net my ps acc dissapered on ps and and instead was my pc acc , and on my pc my pc account stayed. When i unsynced it my all my ps character dissapered , then i linked my ps battle.net with my self and ps account returned to normal and i stop trying to do it..
