You know what would be a really interesting build to try? A fire Druid. I think if you got the right gear, he could dominate PvP and PvM...but it'd be mighty expensive. <3 If you're up for the challenge.

It's that or the now much overused wind Druid. BLAH! Tried one, didn't like it...though he did well in duels. Almost 7k Nado damage with full gear and inventory.

I think a fire druid would "work" because it has 2 sources of damage, fire and physical... but it would be slow because of the timers on the spells and because armageddon is hard to aim. Armageddon does a ton of damage fully symergized though.

True, but Arm. doesn't necessarily have to be your main attack. In fact, in most fire druids I've seen they use fissure and/or volcano as their main attack.

Agreed, I've also seen others that use a HF merc to slow & tank the mobs while the druid opens fissures in the middle of the group. Actually saw one combo, 'sin using maxed mind blast with a fire druid using either fissure or volcano. It was slow, but looked neat.

Isn't that kind of a weak combination, since fissure doesn't do damage to monsters in hit recovery?

Just made it to Ancients... 22 atm and itching to hit 25 for some baal runs. I completely forgot about making Steel, that should tide me over until I get high enough to use the sanders I found. Just made that Stealth word as well, not bad for R/W and FHR this early on.

This looks like a decent build, this town dump. Insane Dire Wolves with HoW, Might Merc (hopefully I can make some polearm runeword), and just Maul Maul Maul....

At level 38 it gets real fun using the Fleshrender and Tiamat's Rebuke.

BTW: There is no polearm runeword that will beat the speed, crushing blow, physical and elemental damage combination of the IK maul when used together with the other Ik parts listed in the guide.

Armageddon is NEVER your main attack; at most it's a nice visual show that might now and then kill a monster.
