You might have better luck cubing one than actually finding one. Since you're looking for a middle tier skill the chippy recipe will get you the staffmod just need to find the right type of orb to get your alvl high enough for +3 skill tree. I warn you though you may go through a couple 1000 chippies to get that orb.

The affix lvl of +3 skill tree is lvl 60. The lvl of NM cows is lvl 64, so running NM cows gives you good odds for a +6 orb.
I allways identify all orbs while running NM cows, hoping for such an orb.
