I find that a blizz sorc works quite well for andy and meph. I opted for the vita side and got 1k+ life while stacking mf mostly and just hitting the 63 fcr breakpoint, i know it's kind of slow but it works. Resists are not to great but none are negative. I don't die very often but what does kill me is when i teleport into a pack of tainteds or a pack gorbellys. Merc doesn't do horrible with a 20/20 eth glad's bane tal's helm and insight threser, although meph can take him down pretty easily or being surrounded by andariel and a bunch of other monsters. Him dying doesn't concern me much as he just needs to last long enough for me to cast blizzard a few times. While there may be better builds this one works pretty well with cheap gear.
