Hammerdin hall rushing

Lots of people say that once yo get ur first enigma you can give ppl hell rushes for their forges and get rich quick... is this true?

if it is then i really need an enigma...
 
i'll rush for ur forge hell one takes me about 15min (sry don't use map hack), and yes this can be true but most people in the channels just say this then bail once you get them to act4.So most of the time since i rush friend free i rush friends of friends so i know they'll pay i don't feel bad for charging them lol.
 
15 Minutes??

Is it just me or is that damn fast. It takes me 15 minutes at least to rush a character through act 2, and longer to rush through act 3 (I self rush). How are you doing it, or better yet what am i doing wrong?

By the way I'm using a sorceress for my rushing since I don't have enigma.
 
I don't have enigma too so I use a sorceress for hell rushing. A meteor/orb one to be exact. Act 1 is easy, about 2 mins tops when I can't find the way to Andy, tele there, open tp for the char being rushed and kill Andariel with my meteors (she has terrible fireres) and my merc.
Act2 - if I find the right way in arcane quickly then its about 5-8mins to get to kill the summoner. Duriel goes down fast to static/meteors + my merc.
Act3 travincal is terrible for a sorc. I usually switch to my hammer pally for a second there. He kills all in less than one minute and then back to my sorc. Tele to meph and take him down. Then there's time for my pally again. Hellforge + Chaos Sanctuary are all his job.
If u want to rush 100% with a sorc then u have to get a very good mercenary. I've got mine at level 86, he's wearing eth gladiators, reaper's toll with shael and vamp. gaze. It's quite possible to kill travi with the sorc + merc combo, but u have to be careful not to draw too much attention. Kill one council member at a time.
 
Well only 1 place is truely hard for hammerdin ... well at least sorta hard.. Magot lair. Narrow hallways dont give much space for hammers but! with high deffence and high HS you should have little problem teleporting here to the very end w/o teleportation this place sucks really is ... Getting to Mephisto fast w/o Enigma also kinda chellenge (mainly because of evil dolls). Also there is a "poor men solution" - get Naj's puzzler (69 charges of lvl 11 teleport) - and get some ort runes heh for recharge this thing

I still am having trouble seeing this. In act 2 you have to collect all the staff items which is a pain. Then there is arcane.

Act 3 is even worse collecting all the flail items. Just finding all the entrances can take 10-15 minutes easily.
 
Well not really ...
Look for rushing in act 3 you need just do next
a) bring person into Trav and kill high concil
b) make person talk to Cain
c) make TP from durance of Hell lvl 2 (you get into this port once you killed concil and talked to Cain)
All this take about 2-3 min
Act2 is truely pain because you HAVE to get that stupid staff assembled or you wont get to Duriel, not only this in order to get access to palace you have to destroy viper altar

yeah, but enigma is required.
I don't use map hack. I rush in 15-20 mins. Now adays tho, I usualy have to give the person stuff so that they don't scam on the forge...
 
Let me make sure I've got this straight

You do not need to asseble that stupid flail. REALLY. the quest down to meph is initaited by Cain and all that is required is killing the Trav council. Damn, I've wasted so much time. Compared to act three and assembling the flail act to is pleasant. Thanks for the info, I hope never to see another act 3 flayer dungeon again.
 
yes there are short cuts around all the quests except act 2 :( if you are a truly godly hammerdin build it takes me 20 min tops the key is to only kill what you MUST kill otherwise dont stop teleing, you'll be able to take the hits and take out act bosses with a few hammers. The only hard thing is getting those dumasses to pay me :( so many scammers there
 
well for act 2.......
magot lair:2-3mins its really hard to find.
claw viper: 3 minutes also hard to find.
arcane:why is it that we always guess the right one last?!?! 1-3 minutes
duriel: 2 minutes.
act 3 takes like 4 minutes.....just make a tp way behind the trav building with the council in it...and let the person chill there.
go to forge but DONT GIVE THE WP. PRAY that they don't scam. If they do tho....good luck getting there at a higher lvl without the WP. :)-->:(
 
I do hell rushes to my friends with my hammerdin (enigma), It takes me 30 min or so rushing 2-4 people. (15 min w/o mh tsk tsk).

People in channel offer hell forge for rush, tho Im not sure wether they are to pay or just leave as you get there^^.

For sure I offer rush for forge here in forums if someone needs, I trust you all lads :) .
 
the only part of hell taht is tough for my hammerdin is the Chaos Sanctuary. I have trouble clearing it, but is it true that everything dies once the seals are opened and the seal spawned monsters are killed? If thats the case I might do some hell rushes...
 
Pombe try do next ... use vigor to run in the middle of room and pick all monsters you see around with you. Once you in the center just hammer everything around then redemption copses run again with vigor and get as many monsters as you can bring back to center and so on - work really fast for me. Becarefull thou if you got lower resist curse/conviction dont hesistate to turn on salvation or cleansing aura (last thing you want to do is run into pack of barlogs with lower resist curse on)

ya lower ers + balrog = ouch :( but its ok your hammers are ~ 2 hit kills consistantly so if you ahve adecent fcr then you should get through no prob
