Good ice / fire build suggestion

Hallo Diablo fans,

Today I'm going to play Diablo 2 + LOD with my friend but we are the same class: the sorceress, because we love both the feel of magic. Now Im going to focus most on the ice tree build and he on fire. The problem of this topic is I don't know a really good ice / fiire (for him) build and I hope some Diablo profs can give me suggestions or tips. Fire does do more DPS but IMO is ice better because of his froze status on the enemy.

The second question is: When I must imbue an item from Charsi? Which level is the most handy / ""smartest"" one?

PS: Sorry for the n00b questions and the horrible English grammatic I'm from The Netherlands.

Check the builds thread on this forum.

For you (ice) blizzard seems to be a regular choice.

For your friend (fire) there's a thread stickied about fire sorcs.

You don't see me struggling with English.
Every Dutch person should be pro at English..those who are not are usually stupid MBO kids..

I'm already using now the Meteorb build. It's pretty good I just don't understand why there is 1 skillpoint in Telekinesis (I've saved Cain today with it but still)

However you do seem to be struggling with concepts like "politeness" and "on topic".

OT: I have some experience with the fire + ice combo. My friend had a pure blizzard sorc, and I played a fully synergized fireball sorc. Killing power was very good and the combination was a lot of fun. Some tips: make sure the ice sorc takes care of the gloams (with blizzard), and try to coordinate your attacks against OK packs since they are always partly cold immune / partly fire immune.

Telekinesis is prerequisite for teleport, and helps killing FI/CI monsters.

Telekinesis is a pre-req for Teleport (available at level 18). Teleport is a must for ALL Sorcs, if not ideally all D2 characters (with the exception of maybe leap Barb).
