"Perhaps you didn't agree with it and it vomited you up."

"What WERE you all doing in that temple, anyway?"

The newly-alive god sighed. He knew he'd never live the method of death down. "Trying to find out who is trying to sabotage us."

The gods gasped.

"Sabotage?!"

"Well the current events aren't exactly run of the mill. Someone or something has it in for us, so I wanted to find out who, why and whack them."

"We've been doing investigations of our own. That's why we're going to remove them," he points "from our circle."

"Any reason?" asked the returnee.

"They didn't send a card on my name day."

"Bad dress sense."

"Awful puns."

"We're gods, do we need a reason?"

1 kill on n1, 4 kills night 2, and now 1 killed and another ressurected? Also zero lynches. If more people start coming to life, I suspect TC is going for longest game and most posts in a single game. Or does he still hold those records? XD

Anyway I'd love to stick around, but 11.20 pm, need some sleep.
 
Well that's certainly interesting. I have not been keeping up on the thread very closely, so give me a bit to cruise it over. In the mean time, I'll answer the questions I'm certain will be asked, because they're the questions I'd ask someone in my position.

I did not have access to a dead thread.

I do not know how I was brought back.

I am Cronos, an Elite Bodyguard. I suspect that I am responsible for one of the deaths on night two, though I was not given a role flip.

I protected FredOfErik on the night I died.

Ill be happy to address any other questions people may have. I'll get to them as soon as I'm done catching up on the past day's events.
 
Have we seen a revive on this forum before?
If so, has it typically been a mafia or townie ability? Why, or why not?

CG, what explanation do you have for there being 4 deaths in one night?

I think it would he good to start claiming, names for now. I am Atlas.
 
Why do you think it's a good idea to claim now? Because you have enough corpses for your team?

Perhaps it's not totally fair but I'm always skeptical of the first to start the claim, because of Gwaihir in the Cheers game.

I asked myself "If I were mafia, who would I want to kill tonight?" Fred was the best answer to that question. A strong player who I felt was town (his reads closely mirrored mine) and was not likely to be lynched, so not a good a good option for mafia to train on.

As I stated, I suspect that I am responsible for one of the three other deaths. I have no information beyond that to share.

quick thoughts. Skimming via iPhone is horrible. I hope to have Internet restored tomorrow.

If I were alive yesterday, I would have voted Zokar. I find his claim to be pieced together and opportunistic. He gave me vibes on day one, and I see nothing on day two that alters that read.

I still think pharphis is scum. He didn't say or do much yesterday of note, and seems to be playing below the radar. I agree with Moar; he is agreeing a lot and not much else.

I believe Goryani to be town. He knew the lynch was between him or Zokar. By unvoting, he willingly put his own neck on the chopping block. I don't think scum Gory would do that.

Couple of questions:
1) Can you explain what you mean by this? I can't see any reason why a bodyguard would cause additional kills.
2) Just a confirmation, but I take it you are claiming Cronus the Titan not Chronos the Personification of Time?

1) Look up Elite Bodyguard. There's a difference in the roles. My role is not exactly as advertised by mafia wiki, but is fairly close. I have some restrictions that aren't listed by the wiki.

2) Cronos the Titan. The spelling is taken from my PM.

Nor do I... unless he knew he was immune, or as we see today could be revived, or was testing out a gambit to make sure everybody thinks he's town to provide him security to the end of the game... none of these things I would say couldn't be the case.

That being said, it personally felt like he was testing me and was either satisfied I was being honest or wanted more time to test me out, not sure which.
 
I think we need a full role claim as well. Roles are not indicitive of power by any means. We need to figure out if we can what the roles say. They might say nothing they might say everything. We can at least determine if the roles are indicitive of alignment. If no one is afraid to claim, it gives us a lot of information. Not asking to say powers, just role.

I am Zeus. Seems like we have a mix of titans and gods with Apollo and Cronos named.

We have very little information. People need to come forward
 
full role claim = living players claiming roles, not revealing their power. I know that this shouldn't be hard for people considering I am Zeus and I have no fear of claiming with a role power claim because the anti-town shouldnt know what my role is and if I get taken out cause of this it isnt a big deal at all. AND IM ZEUS. Lets hear em people.

Gory unvoted with a half hour left, leaving the only possibilities to be his lynch or a no lynch. He also never pondered why the town would need a watcher. Any ideas?

How did you know TF is Apollo? Why did you not include Moar's claim?

sorry, meant atlas for the franklin. Samsonite! Knew it started with an A though. Didnt remember Moars claim and didnt feel like going back 30 pages cause I dont know where it was. I knew Zokar claimed like 4 pages ago so that was easy to find. If anyone knows moar or if moar wants to re-iterate it that would probably be beneficial

any insight into what you think the mechanics of this game are? Random mafia coupled with roles? Titans vs gods? 2 mafia groups one in gods one in titans? Other?
