Well, goryani, if we do get 2 scum from your lynch, your sacrifice is crucial to the town. That would mean three scum with the 'jailkeeper' claim if you truly are 'roland'.

We have 2 town claims, ofc. Both pretty powerful in my eyes, and both with a target on their head. pharphis not-so-innocent-question of asking how many more shots this gunslinger goryani has is leading. If 0, then no threat, if 1+, then threat.

I always enjoy playing as neutrals (except VI, I don't think I would enjoy that one).

I have actually given this some thought since the game start. As a neutral, I try to play with the town, and be honest, and I am sticking with that even though it may not be the best choice for my win condition, but oh well.

I am Walter Padick. Although I am listed as a red on the wiki, my affiliation in this game is neutral. My win condition is to survive until the end of the game, though I only win if Mordred does not make it to the end of the game.

As for why you should not lynch me tomorrow - it would be a waste of time - I have a one shot lynch immunity, so it would take you 2 days to get rid of a neutral survivor.

I'm still feeling cautious in trusting you, but you are definitely right. It does seem like Gory practically wants to be lynched though.

The proof that there is at least one Unfound in this game is fairly important, I think. There are definitely bound to be at least 1 or 2 more Neutrals.
 
Why do I get the feeling that Goryani might be a mafia bomb? Even when he plays as mafia, he always knows to protect himself.
 
Do you think Gory has the possibility of being both able to kill someone during the night, overriding a jailkeeping ability (supposedly, if Laarz is telling the truth), and is a mafia bomb? I think that's pushing it a little.

Oh, I just noticed he mentioned that it differed on the wiki.

I still don't believe him, and I don't know of any connections to mordred that involved outliving him. Anyone else who knows the lore can be my guest.

I think I believe laarz simply because I have a hard time believing he's mafia. He could be neutral, but mafia seems super unlikely.

i've got some thoughts about hitman ordering. BA was Andolini, the first real one on one thread in the series imo, and if hitman selection isn't random or mafia choice from here on then Gory will be another member of the red, presumably the next in line. I think this is possible given that Drixx wants to be "choose your own adventure"-like. thoughts?

I suspect Gory won't be mordred, for example, as he's the second last encounter for Roland

Agreed, but we have an entire dayphase to learn things, I don't think there's a need to lynch him this second.

I'm assuming, based on the posts, that Mordred would be of the red? If that's the case, how can the unfounded win with town but only if a specific mafia member is dead? Sounds like Gwaihir is fakeclaiming as neutral when he's mafia.

Ofc. I'm not suggesting we don't scum hunt. I'm actually happy this series of events happened over the weekend since that's when there is usually much less posting.

Another good point to make against Gwaihir.
but are you suggesting bpc lied about the info he has about Gwaihir? He specifically called him an unfound.
 
I'm very close to making a rules change concerning the use of encrypted messages. The original intent was perfectly fine. The abuse of encrypted messages to bypass game mechanics is very close to instigating a penalty and a rules change.

Hmmm. I must have missed where he did that explicitly, but really what I was suggesting is that he was lying about his wincondition because it didn't make sense to me, if we assume that Mordred is one of the red.
 
Sorry for not posting. I work in sales, so weekends are difficult for me. Still catching up on everything that was posted, seeing a lot of role claims. I have read the laarz & goryani claims and I am inclined to believe that goryani's claim is not real, especially with jcakes & bpc confirming that goryani is not roland.
