So,gwaihir you think that Sath is a better lynch than franklin or cdm?

I don't get a scum feeling from cdm at all. Not sure on thefranklin, I don't have a strong feeling either way. I was suspicious of what seemed like the change in play from phar, but that could just be from the reasons he stated.

This is the post where I thought you might be asking BA a question to see if he'd slip up and reveal something about himself:

It's blatant rolefishing with what I thought was another subtle rolefish. Different posts. I've discredited the one rolefish as subtle and think it was an honest question (due to thefranklin's lack of reading the info Drixx gave us) but the one blatant rolefish where he's asking CG if it was just a feeling is still at the top of my scumlist.

Now why soundn't I try to get BA to slip up? He has the same chance to be scum as anyone else.

As for it being blatant rolefishing, I explained what I was looking for in my last post to Zauper. A vote within 6 hours of a day from CG means he either feels BA is acting a bit off (you know, a gut feeling) or there was something he posted that was off to him (what CG actually did post).

And the bolded is the scummiest thing said all game, trying to use that to get someone lynched? I could swear that is not included in this thread at all (and if it is in this thread, then I am an idiot and that's all I can say about that).

I haven't seen an serious post from you all game, it all feels like joking around, and I have never seen this from you before. Even in this post, it's just random mumbling of nothings.

I would place a vote on you if I weren't sure you had a hidden agenda behind the increasingly weird gameplay.

I did not attempt to rolefish. I was seeing if he was going to respond with something about the same post I was questioning (the one with the factions). If he had responded as such, I would have had a good read on him being town. And CG is always the hardest for me to read, so I jumped at the chance to try and get a read on him. I did have no idea the name of the scum faction was "the red" until BA's post. Heck, there was nothing that confirmed "the white" as town, although that assumption would be pretty solid. Searching the wikipedia for "white" and "red" turned up nothing, so there wasn't strong faction evidence (at least from the wikipedia 'dark tower" page) that I quickly foud.

Little did i know there was another thread with pertinant information. Now people are saying I "failed" to read, which is always lovely.

Drixx stated The White was town and The Red was mafia in the sign up thread. There were no assumptions made. Going onto the Dark Tower wiki it can very easily be seen where The White and The Red stand, as well. This comes down to you accusing someone before even attempting to properly find the right information.

Right Now I REALLY want to heard from djmbandie. I asked it before, but maybe he didn't see it p): Why do you call it a Jester? That is such odd phrasing and something we just haven't seen before...

For now though, the scummiest player that I've seen this game:

Apologies if I caused anyone some trouble. I assumed the wiki identifying all the "good" characters as "The White" and all the "bad" characters as "The Red" plus me explicitly saying it was enough. I thought it was this thread which I put the answer concerning which factions were what. If I put it in the signup thread and not here, that was an oversight on my part.

I forgot this post. This is such an odd time for you to claim, there was almost no pressure for you to claim. Your claim also sounds incredibly weak, filled with easily found wiki information and a fairly minor, low-key role. Sounds almost like a....fake...claim to me.

Your drunkeness shall not stand here! I have also posted drunk and it was fun. But you claim your were drunk for quite a bit of it but your odd posting has gone on for almost two days. So my question is do you have an alcohol problem or are you lying?

Finally, as for the info in the sign up thread, yes it probably should have been here, but my main problem is there was clearly almost no attempt to back up his accusation. Information that is easily found on the Dark Tower wiki and in the sign-up thread.

It does seem awfully early for CDM to claim (though day ends in ~3 hours?), and the claim is minor. CDM is experienced on these forums? I don't know what would cause a vet to claim early, but I also don't think a vet would fakeclaim early?

Can someone explain the case against Sath?

Bolding is mine. If your role pm says that your alignment is the white, you don't get a special win con and you don't get a QT link to your scum buddy chat, wouldn't you be sure that you are town? And so "the white" are town in this game?

I think something is up with you. I'm not that convinced that you are scum as you then would have known that "the red" are scum. So I think you are a neutral who neither had red or white in their alignment.

Is there an obvious character for SK in the lore? I haven't got past the basics.

If you really are VT then you just gave up your biggest power: getting night killed. Now the mafia will likely leave you alone.

If you're scum then you won't die at night, obviously.

@ phar, my list is you two and who I voted for (I forget though I’m sure he’s scum(somehow)). You only because for some reason you've become fixated on me (OMGUS) and Sath because he's either being tricky or said soemthing to tip his hand.

My play has been interesting to me too, I must say. Is there a way to play VT to get everyone to gang up on you and somehow tell from that who's scum and who isn't? If there is, you're welcome. If there isn't, I hope I've not made too much of a mess of everything. I was asked why I revealed so soon and I think the answer is "why not?". I have nothing to hide and I don't know how to gain much so I picked up on Sath instantly, if it was a 'trap' you trapped a VT, you tool .

I won't vote for cdm today. His role claim is a town role claim and one that I think can be important at some scenario. Thinking of the hidden mechanics here. All my knowledge of his character is from the wikia, and that was very pro town. There is, of course, the chance that he is fake claiming. I take that chance.

I think cdm has played maybe 3-5 games. So experienced, but not super experienced.

I'm pretty sure 1 or 2 one the thefranklin vote are scum. I'd really like to hear from Gory why he is playing so passive this game. It's just not him as town, but it is also just too different from his towm play that I think he would do it with purpose if he's scum.

Phil and BPC are both behaving too rational and posting too many nonspam messages. Though Phil more than BPC. I'd vote for either of them today, but I'd prefer Phil. He seems a lot like riding on what somebody else said. Agreeing, but not having own opinions. Not sure though. Haven't re read the thread looking fr it and won't before nightfall either.

There's an obvious character in the lore for any role you could imagine, and quite a few you've never seen before. Trust me.

Of course, there are also lots of obvious roles that weren't used either, so basically you should be surprised by nothing but trying to guess what you'll find would be fruitless.

Mafia has been given fake claims before (host "telling" them what to claim). Typically safe claims that the town doesn't have. Typically VT as well.

Screw it. Do me the favour of lynching me if no obvious scum shows up. I'm kind of irritated at the game already and don't know if that will get better. It probably will if I get more into the game, but who knows if I will. Think I'm just irritated tonight anyway. I considered a modkill, but that might result in a no flip, so that's out of the question.

The point was ten posts happened with no mention (two by Drixx). It seemed like more, but still, I find it odd that no one even comments on it as it's something I don't think we've ever seen before. My post wasn't a "how did no one know Gwaihir was silenced?!" post it was a "wow, a page of posts with no one talking about it".

That and I believe your first post of the entire game was talking about connections. Which is just so chock full of irony that it's crazy.

This game is overly lurky and I really don't like it.
