What is up with the Mind Break and Throw? Are those legit moves or jokes? I ask because it's been a long time and things change.

Seem like they may be just jokes, playing on the Shoot/daykill command from rule 17.

That's what it sounds like to me. Question are they just "shots" or are there other things like this Throw?

Question to all: are day shots always/usually/sometimes town aligned?

So do you think they are real or not?
A day vig in the past has been more likely town, but there have been mafia ones as well. And specifically with the role /= alignment, I would say either is very possible.

We could play cards or something. Euchre, anyone?

Pharphis (or Logout?), I love that you included a music theme to your day-start post. I had thought for a while that using short background music in mafia games would increase immersion and now I'm glad someone has.

This is a very good point. I think my vote for the day will be affected by this post.

I've seen a few things from them before. Seeing both the buster sword and masamune in that video reminded me how ridiculously large they are, though. and then Cait Sith goes and uses a megaphone like a pro

Also, does the edit of rule 17 make it sound like there are multiple people with a day kill ability? That is what it sounds like to me.

Even a lone day killer can have a number of potential targets. The rule was meant for the victims. Not the killer.

The rule looks like the embodiment of the Rub (or whatever the FF Tactics name is) ability. It's why you need a Ribbon!

If it signifies anything, it's that there may be other daytime abilities which maybe can be countered by a daykill. WIFOM.

Daykill shots? It's been town many times and mafia many times. While probably not 50/50, it's at least somewhat close.

Mainly vanillas being vanilla. You should know more than anyone that the best a vanilla can do is get nked. Job well done by them. So why remove the wine from Zokar post? One less person to focus on (if there is any truth to it that is).

What are some of the "several" paths that you saw the answer going besides the one I gave and which do you believe?

I assumed Gory was joking around casting Toad and Throwing people around, so I thought Mind Break made some sense towards Zokar because his wifom was mind breaking. They are all powers from the game. It is curious though, I wonder if someone *did* use a daykill power, would they use a real power's name, or would they just say DAYKILL: SOANDSO. I imagine that will be cleared up soon, to someone's unfortunate horror.

Pyro, it's pretty obvious there wouldn't be a rule about day kills unless at least one person could day kill. Your tack with this seems like pointless (and obvious) misdirection and kinda weird. I've got my eyes on you and Bipolar though, not comfortable with everything I'm seeing here...
