Ofc but 1.13 have nothink common with that beacuse same luck you can have in 1.12 so write 1.13 is so different is really out of range
chance to drop of Ohm rune from hell bovine is 1/1M so in 1.13 will be somethink about 1/0.5M
In one run you will do about 500 cows , maybe less but dunno so 1000 runs for Ohm

only for Ohm not for Jah+Ohm+Mal+Um beacuse chance for that is 1/somethink really huge during few hours

Here is the closest that I have yet come to a +6 BO helm in my continued quest.
I have found 10+ helms with each of the +3 barbarian skill tabs but I never seen a helm yet with a corresponding +3 staff mod so I have not yet ever found a +6 skill item for any skill. I am also picking up druid pelts and sorceress orbs but it is the same for them - lots of +3 skill tree items but no corresponding +3 staff mods.
