OK, you guys will love this story. It's a great example of how fickle chances are in D2. I've been running AT for some weeks now. Today I found some interesting stuff, like my second Stormspire ever. The very first one was yesterday (odd enough, but it happens). Also, I've found my very first Natalya's armor, while it's not particulary rare or something (though I might have sold 2 socketed ones without realizing I didn't have any yet).
So after I decided to call it quits, and closed down D2, I realized I left some items unid'd, so I launched the game again, went to Act 1 and asked Cain to id.
Then I thought: "What the hell, I'm in the Rogue Camp. Might as well make one final run. Turned out to be a good decision. To make it more epic, it was the very last Superunique.

This is my highest non-LK rune ever, with Vex back in my bnet days as the second.
I already have a Fortitude, so I was thinking of making Grief now. ATMA bugging is out for me, and I don't think people bother getting ED%/AR Phase Blades now, do they? So I guess I'll stick to a plain 5 os Phase Blade.
OR I'll save up for Enigma. That way I'm already 1/3 + 1/6 + 1/12 = 7/12 there! :D
Guess I'll wait until 1.13 is official; if any form of Ubers are in for SP, Grief it is. Otherwise I'll save it up for Enigma.

Last night while practicing magic finding in the pit for the MF tournament I had cast a lighting trap which killed the champion, seeing nothing I ran on half a screen. I heard the sound of a rune being dropped (I normally don't play with sound), I ran back thinking it was just going to be an el rune ...
it was actually a [highlight]vex[/highlight] :) (I thought I took a screenshot, but I forgot that I hadn't mapped the screenshot button to my spacebar after the reinstall ... :()

I am going to make a hoto when I get home tonight (and have found a base - I knew not keeping 4os flails was a bad mistake :)) and finish my hammerdin.

I'll know the game's really serious when my first ever self-found Titan's drops... :scratchchin:)
