FE bug in Hell only?

I was curious as to whether or not the instant death FE bug exists solely in Hell difficulty. Do FE Ancients in NM have the same problem (or any other FE creature in NM)? I've dealt with FE creatures in NM and didn't notice anything like it is in Hell difficulty, but I haven't had the Ancients in NM spawn with FE, so I'm not sure about them. Anyone know the answer to this?

In Nightmare you have a fighting chance to survive with 2.5k life, 75% FR and >30% DR.

I don't believe Ancients are deadly at norm, but my zealo was killed by FE Korlic in 2 hits in nm. They are not that bad on nm than on hell, but really dangerous anyways

Is it only the ancients that have this bug?
