Although they are insanely hard to get, and mostly useless (when compared to the effort needed to retrieve them), the best revives in my opinion are the Pandemonium Megademons (you know the ones, immune to all elements and Magic, AND 50% resistant to Physical!
However, if you haven't ever gotten 50 Revived Hell Bovines, had an Enchant Sorc with level 56 (Skill Shrine) Enchant enchant them all, then tele-pounce Baal, you're missing out on one of the funniest sights you'll ever see (I dare any other class to kill Baal that quickly, seriously).
Necro's have one enormous strength: Numbers. Use it. Enchant rules!
