Zon: FA/LF, 1.09 7 frame MS
Baba: 1.09 Frenzy/Double Throw/Singing hybrid! Extremely fun.
Pally: Hrm... pallies are all kinda meh, and always have been. There's builds that are good, there's builds that are different, but I can't think of any that are exceptionally fun. Not even my numerous throwadins and bowadins.
Necro: Bonecro... through pretty much all patches, I didn't play a necro for the first time until well after the CE nerf though.
Sin: Haven't played one that I've found fun yet.
Druid: Druids are like sins and pallies, only without the few good parts.
Sorc: Orb/TK, 1.09 CL/Meteor, pre 1.07 Tweaker

Sork: light (although ive played 98726185689 fun, good builds)
Pally: never played enough of em, but the type that got the most play time was the hammerdin
Barb: zerker~! howl/zerker wasn't very effective for the normal pvm barb, but he was good for the runs i wanted him to do
Sin: light trapper
Nec: bone. easily the safest solo build for semi-twink/no tele builds.
Zon: java, although i seriously cant remember the last time i played a zon. not that i dont like them, i just didnt build one this season
Druid: ele is the only one i played, but he was extremely fun. my definition of fun differs from a lot of people though

Assasin: anything melee, especially Pheonix Strike or DTail
Barbarian: Throw/WW hybrid
Druid: Fury/Rabies hybrid

Paladin: any Zealot, especially Fanatic or Dreamer
Sorceress: Blizzballer (just because every other build seems overdone at this point)
