Ey, crafting?

I've read that blood gloves have a better chance of getting +skills, more so than other craft gloves, and I wondered if there was any truth to that, or it just seems that way because everyone and their mother crafts blood gloves.

And then I started wondering if a certain craft of helm had a better chance of getting +skills...or if this is all silly speculation.

The reason I want/need to know, is I'm doing a untwinked Pstrike sin, and she's starved for +skills on her items, she only has +4 to martial arts so far D:

not true.

the reason everyone crafts blood gloves is that they want the crushing blow and possibly the life leech.
