Explain your ears..

Explain your highest ear, and funniest ear, or most favorite ear, whichever one you want.

Funniest ear? I'm not to sure about that one, theres alot of low level pks that try to pk me, but end up dying. But i'd have to say some level 20 with chant tried to pk my 33 fireball sorc, died in 2 fireballs.
 
Highest ear so far is a 88 sorc with a mid lvl dueler, funnyist ear = they said "LOL" when i hostiled and told me where they were i came i killed them both i have a screen shot if you would like to see just pm me your aim name its very funny =),most favorite ear is when i was on my 22 pally this kid i was pickin on when he was lower level got to level 50 on his sorcress and then came back hes like now what talking all kinds of trash and then i killed him was wonderful

best ear was when my 31 fought this 78 sorc..and I toyed with him using like vigor for like 8 fights letting him get some quality hits..finally fought him for "last time" as he said. used migth haha.

uhm..or the "lol 31 can't be in nm! be careful" and he "acc. hosted me" and then im like wtf pick on me lets go..bam 72 barb ear~

Highest ear:
My 14 pala was in a duel game. Game got ugly with people bringing higher and higher. So, I brought my 48 baba. Some guy brings his 88 assassin...
1 whirlwind later, I have an 88 ear. I was as shocked as him.

Funniest ear - many of these with my low char vs higher.
One funny ear which strikes a chord is actually a higher vs lower "duel", using my 48 baba again.
Joined a dueling game where some lvl 35 2H paladins were talking it up against all comers. They hostiled me after I ran out. One foolish 2H pala charges at me just as I started a whirlwind. He crumbles before I'd finished 1 ww. Other 35 pala runs screaming back to town before I can tele-ww him. They didn't talk much after that.
 
Last week, I dueled a 80 barb on east hccl
1v1 bvb while my friend sat in town and watched.
apparently he was a good dueler, but he tried to ww and then hit a shrine and ww again, well he didn't make it past the ww, he died before he hit the shrine.
I had a 29 chargedin with snap, some kid brings in lvl 47 sorc and i ask him to duel, 2 charges later, ear.

Oh heres a funny one, I went into a game with my lld pala and asked some lvl 18 chars to duel, one laughed and asked to duel his higher character, i said go get it and i'll duel it whatever it was, he grabs lvl 88 paladin, so i grab my 80 barb, his friend was like "oh **** that isn't far for the bar, you got 8 levels on him!" the 88 trys to desync town gaurd, run out, ww
dead.

I guess it was fair after all.
 
i couldnt remember my highest ear if i tried. Probably some 95+ barb to my 60 zon back in .09. Or a 95+ sorc with my 55 pally....i think it was a tals sorc in a loot duel.

My favourite ear was a 70ish ith using bowazon versus my 58 nova/ts sorc in .09. I went out and hid in a house so she couldn't scroll lock me. She ran out to see what I was doing, sniffed around the house, realized she had to run around it to shoot into the door....what she forgot was I didn't. I tele'd to the other side of the wall, landed right on her, TS stunned, nova kept it going and merc delivered the KO.

Favourite ear we ever gave. If anyone remembers *Major1 (kim) and her cheating ways, she was outside hostiled and taunting and i had a relatively newbie friend who wanted to protect his pride so he started heading for the door. My screenshot has me warning him 4-5 times if he sticks his head out he will die, and on the last one theres me starting to say "ben...." follwed by "ben was slain by ..." i killed myself laughing. Although I'm sure y'all had to be there ;)
 
must be the level 73 frenzy barb back in ye olden days of 1.09. I had my level 32 riphooker, outfitted to kill level 50-60 lamers in norm bloodruns... this frenzy barb takes offense at me shooting someone he doesnt even know, starts hurling insults, steps outside and attempts to get frenzied up.... I folow his trail with a string of guideds, and once he's frenzied he runs straight at me. One guided hits him and chills, the rest of the guideds connect, a nice blur erupts and within half a second he drops from 3000 health to 0 health.

96 sin and 94 sorc are my highest ears if so ~~

I think my funniest ear was when I was trying to get my 96 sin killed off, I was dueling a ~94 enigmadin in the moor and I had everyone in the game hostiled and looted. Anyways I guess some 88 sorc decided she'd take a shot at my gear. A single stray LS bolt killed her before she got the chance to try from 2-3 screens away as soon as she stepped out of town =)

Jugs had a funny ear earlier this season... or at least an ear that took the effort of 5 people trying for about 30 minutes chasing him around outside 'trying' to kill him and attempting to convince a 7x zon that if she'd just help us we'd succeed. That one made me laugh just because of the effort involved for such a boring ear ^^
 
Back when I played softcore I dueled in the 76Legit clan, and my funniest and highest ear was a level 98 Tele/Thunderstorm sorc. she joined a 76Legit dueling game after we repeatedly killed her dueler. Killed her with my level 76 Legit dueling werewolf using a lightsabre and tgods to absorb the lightning from thunderstorm.. charged up feral on a couple monsters in the blood moor and ran around at like 200% FRW untill she ported infront of where I ran... she died in 1 fury :D.
 
Highest: some 98 sorc in .09 forgot the situation but wouldn't fight my friends anti zon barb (really fast zerker), so I got my ****ty burrito zon and the sorc had no clue how to duel so was slain by me ;).

Funniest: hmmm, a lot made me laugh: Chicken using town summoner, rogue merc beat him to death with his own summons leading the way. Same guy chicken fury druid, using fort, botd, etc. 1 ww he died before chicken could save him. Lot of other chickeners, countless *****ty* characters loot dueling duelers and taking their ears + gear.
 
Cool thread....

Highest was a low 90's barb. Killed him with a modified lvl 40ish telecro. He went down fast.

Funniest was when 1.10 just was released. I was on my 5th paladin in as many days (each one died, and was remade - and all got at least 5 ears whilst lvling) - so was 5 days into 1.10 ladder, was bliss. Evils came online and started complaining that he was bored etc, so I gave him a bucketload of LLD gear and told him to have some fun. A few hours later he was tearing act2 apart with a lvl 10 bash barb. The next day he killed some 16 sorc, who came back with a 77 sorc. The <censored> killed some poor other person who had nothing to do with her death, so I came in with my 70 paladin. A simple hostile, followed by a "act1 come..." and me running out..... 1 min later a dead sorcy to join her other one. Was one of the very few high lvl ears at the time.

Most enjoyable was my origional telecro, and low lvl assassins.... mmm the good times.
 
Beginning of the first season I had my 42 CS zon, she killed so many sorks. I don't specifcally remember any, but she got about 20 ish ears. Now days ears just don't seem to drop..

who cares? this thread is lame as the pks in here made these kills like a few years ago, I'm surprised anyone still reads these forums.

oh yes, I am such a troll I haven't read these boards in like a year+; I am not saying these aren't the most informative and overall best d2 boards, but give it a rest people.
 
wow i dont see why anyone needs to give anthing a rest they are simply reminiscing about some good times that they have had playing this addictive game over the past few years. well my favirote ear was not one that i lsot or earned just one that i laughed about endlessly and still do everytime i think about it. My friend had just started D2 about half way through the first ladder season. I had given him some very basic gear for his blizz sorc. He was around level 55-60 and a level 9 assassin hostiled him the chat screen proceded as such

my friend- I'm 50 levels over him he cant possibly kill me
Pk- wanna bet
my friend- yes i do

My friend cast a blizzard that never hit and a triple charge was released

My friend has been slain by pk

it was completely unneccesary and extremley hilarious well anyway thats my outdated story.
