Dual Claw or Hoto/Spirit for pvp

I read some trapper pvp guides and some say dual claw for great plus to skills/ias and others say hoto/spirit for good plus to skills/fcr.

1) Is having extreme FCR going to help that much? I know it helps for mind blast and teleport, but I mean is there a point where you're casting so fast that regardless of their FHR the opponent is going to be stunned and helpless?

2) What FHR is needed to entirely or mostly "shrug-off" the stunning effects of Mind Blast?

3) Does the stun effect of WOF stack with that of Mind Blast?

4) If I'd like to build to level 99, does this look ok?

i used to not like to depend on a summon but i gotta tell ya a shadow master is the hot, sorbs attacks kills people and can stack glitch for you, youd want a high lvl one so you dont gotta resummon too often. dual claws if you want to camp and wait, hoto spirit if you want to chase people, about the mb stunning thing after you hit 105 fcr i would say actually the ability to get out of a lock is more dependant on the user and their compoopters, even with a high fhr its still pretty hard, however most of the time if you mb too much youll push em too far away and gotta stop mb for a sec and cast a trap.
 
Thanks for the response! So maybe I should ditch the point into WOI and place it into SM? I was only going to use WOI anyway to help with PIs in PVM, but I suppose FireBlast/MB/Merc could solve that problem well enough.

The reason I want FireBlast is have something to give mass Light sorbers in PVP, but the rescasting of SM all the time might be a real pain.
 
ahh woi is horrible theres a missile glitch where the actual damaging line is really skinny, especially for lite sorcs their attack will hit your SM not you if you just teleported with it
