Every realm is different. Ladder is different to non ladder. Bnet is different to SP. You cannot say "xxxx is duped" and "yyyy = zzzzz" it isn't that simple. You only acquire knowledge of the marketplace by reading. Something so many people aren't willing to do.
I've put up Stickied threads in the SPTF. I highlight them, make READ THIS part of the title and use ****'s. I get abusive PMs because I expect people to adhere to the trade rules. They can't be bothered to read them and then get banned as a result. You are doing the exact same thing. You expect THIS IS A BAD TRADE sign hung all over.
This forum is the cleanest I have ever come across. That's why I am here. The people are generally - with a few exceptions - intelligent, capable of using a search function and willing to help themselves.

Do you want THIS IS DUPED in every forum? Well you won't get it. If any trade Mod here spots anything problematic, they act.
Do you want a set value of what something is worth in every forum? You won't get it. Values are fluid and subjective. Use the price check forum.
Do you want Bnet to run ruststorms and resets more frequently? Then bug them for it.
