D2R or not?

Maybe someday, but not today. The goals I've set for myself to achieve have more significance in legacy 1.14 LoD's context.

As others have mentioned here, I prefer to play offline, without a required "Internet check in" every thirty days to be licensed to play.

Bought it, but reinstalled it and as soon as I get a cd from a second hand website, will be installing good old D2 without all the online rigmarole. The terrorized stuff looks nice, but I want the game to be hard; taking for ages to level to 99, no runes, sets, uniques for the first 1000 hours, etc etc. Old habits...
