Yes you can synergise CTC spells. It's the premise behind a few melee Necro builds (synergising the Bone spells on Oath, Bonehew or Bone armor).
HOWEVER: your build is pretty messed up. There are a lot of things that I just don't get.
One thing: Sanctuary doesn't need 20 points. It's bugged, so the +dmg% to undead DOESN'T WORK. Too bad on that idea. All it does now is knockback, and ignores physical resistance of undead. Pindle and friends have 50% physical resist in Hell, so I guess that counts for something. But the ignore-resist property of Sanctuary works the same at level 1 as it does at level 50. More skill points only means: bigger radius, and slightly more pulse damage.
Secondly, why 20 in Cleansing? it has terrible diminishing returns, and a 1 point Cleansing is enough to flash up when you're cursed/poisoned. If you want to run it as your main aura (as in an Ambulance-din), then it's still only worth 1 point, but with Prayer maxed instead to give you that life regen. But that's another story altogether.
Holy Bolt's damage synergies are FoH and Blessed Hammer. Not Blessed Aim as you mentioned. Just a minor detail, I guess. A 20 point Blessed Hammer is very weak without it's crutches, synergies and Concentration (can you say "less than 200 damage"?). So it's only really useful as a synergy to a level 5 CTC skill.
And personally, I'd only get Zeal to slvl 4, and throw those other points insto Sacrifice. 12% damage per point versus 6% damage and 10% AR, it's your call though.
To be quite honest, for pure Pindle running, you're probably better off actually casting Holy Bolt yourself. I mean, for 60 points, you've got yourself a 5k+ damage behemoth, at a paltry 3.5 mana per cast... which is going to be a lot bigger than 840-1008 damage added to each Zeal hit.
