Hi everyone,
I was thinking of building a decently strong budgeted fire soso build for boosting =)

I got alot of items on mules, but I spent most of my hrs on funnier chars =D

So,

2soso 20 FCR circlet sox shael? facet?
Soso/FCR amu
Fire eschuta (19 no facet)
CoH
35 Spirit (expensive, huh? :undecided: )
Cta/spirit switch
Magefists
FCR ring
Er... Can't afford arach for her =(
FCR ring
Sandstorms

no torch, skiller or anni...

And sorry, I forgot the very questions.... I didn't want it to be a "lookatmywealth thread", I promise...


Anyway, the questions:

Will I have enough FCR to hit the FCR BP?
What is the FCR BP?
Will this girl be able to take on hell?
And exchange coh for a viper / ormus.

Standard full-vita Meteorb build (20 Fire Bolt, Fire Ball, Meteor, Frozen Orb, rest in Fire Mastery)

Full Tal's set
any Spirit Monarch
Magefists
1 FCR ring (not needed if Spirit is 35%)
whatever other ring (SoJ if you can)
whatever Boots
cheap #$% torch - any char will do, Sorc is obviously better. Run uber Trist and mule one across just for the stats/res.
go hunt your own Anni maybe. I don't use one yet.
CTA/Spirit switch

Certainly more "budget" than your listed gear, and just as effective, if not better than your gear.

You will have 135%+ FCR with listed gear. Breakpoint is 105%. You have too much.

Will this girl be able to take on hell?

Single element? Then no. There are many Fire immunes.

My suggestion CAN take on Hell, with very few immune issues. Both setups will have similar Fire Spell damage, but the Meteorb has a powerful second element too. And mine has -15% Fire res, yours does not, so mine will be dealing more fire damage against most enemies than your setup. Mine will have exactly 105% FCR with a 35% Spirit, or 105%-114% FCR with any other Spirit. It hits the mark perfectly.

You're looking at around 2k life, 1k mana with self-BO. More if you have better life charms and a higher level BO. With good reflexes and playing skill it's more than enough life and mana for rushing people right through Hell.

I hate that "soso" has become short for sorceress or even sorc.
On topic, for hell, you can teleport across most FI, and static the ones you cant and leave them to your merc, or you can always mp, or get a rush, whatever floats your battle.net boat.
