i built an Ice were-sorc that utilized the demon crossbows amazing IAS. I no longer have her or i would offer up her stats, but IIRC master zappy has also built one. She was one of the main people i consulted with when i made her.
This is also where my all or nothing take on energy shield comes from. Without going all out it isnt nearly effective enough to benefit a bear.
No tele out of trouble, no recasting until werebear expires. Much better utilizing in one of the ice armors IMO
