If it's for a Frenzy Barb, the IAS isn't that important, WSM is much more important. If you look up how Frenzy IAS works, there's a lot of questions of very few definitive answers, or so I've realized after a lot of research. They have the WSM-bugging which can, coupled with your Grief, make a slow weapon swing really fast. With my 30IASGrief/0IASDeathCS I can hit a 5 frame attack in most cases. It works by sticking your fast weapon over your boots, and then your slow weapon over your gloves (and in that order). The problem with this, purportedly, is that any time you pick up you body or even hit weapon switch, it reverts to the opposite, making them super slow and forcing you to rearrange your weapons. You can see how this would be a huge inconvenience for a horker. However, for some reason my Frenzy Barb hasn't experienced this problem with his current setup. I heard onderduiker theorize that it was something to do with needed gear to equip the weapons, but we're not sure. All I know is that it works great and I'm actually hitting faster than if I had two Griefs equipped.Nice!
Unfortunately that Grief rolled at +344/32%.
Low rolls on most of my RWs as of late, but that's just how it goes! Fortunately Grief is OP enough that even low roll outperforms most other weapons.

Interesting-- I read up a bit on this, and of course ran across a thread you had made, so I'll have to experiment. I knew that combining a slow and fast weapon was often the way to go, but didn't know anything about these nuances.

I'm solely SC 1.13d. So unfortunately I don't have any HC items I can throw your way. I'd really appreciate any help you can give, and I'm honestly floored you have so many because they just don't seem to drop for me. I'm not sure if they're actually worth anything much, just a niche item really.
Easiest source of ilvl90+ SCs would be 1.07 council or objects in the halls of 'blank'.. I think even cows might be a high enough level but don't remember atm

It's easy enough really. Just get a few 99-ers and you'll have more charms then you can reroll.

I found a Greater Talons rack in 1.07 yesterday and spent a couple hours getting the ethereal bases necessary to go on an imbue spree with all my characters whose imbues I've never used. I did 19 on stream and 2 this morning (when I felt like MPing to get the Malus with a Zon who didn't have waypoints), here are the results since nulio wanted to see:
Nothing crazy, but the potential is there. Imbue rushing might not be the most ridiculous way to spend your time if you want good claws.

Ah. I guess you would with 99ers. I've never had the patience for that. In fact now I'm trying to take 3 of my favorite builds up to lvl 95 and it seems an almost insurmountable task. Regardless, thanks for the helpIt's easy enough really. Just get a few 99-ers and you'll have more charms then you can reroll.

I know some people use to use eth hoz on a few ppally builds because it gives almost 900 def after being upped and zod'd. That might have died with the introduction of Spirit. And I'm not sure anybody would burn a zod on it.
I imagine a ninja-esque trapsin who avoid confrontation all together might like those boots, but they might me more disposed to some war travs or the like.
