Is that worth anything or should I just keep trying for +hp skiller? I never used these dmg/ar/hp charms so I am pretty clueless.

What is your drop chance source? It probably doesn't take into account 1.13's increase rune quality which in this case probably makes it more like 1/10k
I'm pretty sure his calc is broken in multiple ways. I just checked ATMA V 1.11 drop calc at /p1 toorc icefist in NM and got 1/81k
