It looks fake
The majority of people on B.net says it looks fake, and the guy has listed a few more. A lot of people picking out some small problems with each pic. I didnt study it too long, I figure if its real someone with dupe runes will check and confirm it.

Just for confirmation, I've gone through the last 5 pages of this thread and found 7 people on the LE list that have actually posted recently (I'll go back further if necessary) and a few that appear active that aren't on the list (like Adrenaline) who probably should be. I'm editing my friends list to mirror this information.
Other than these accounts (I know there's one or two more I've missed) who else is actually actively playing on LE?

necro finally has stats added and is GREAT, awesome char, way fun to play. runs hell countess really easily, so ill be doing that alot.
donated about 50 runes to wathombe tonight and have about 25 more to give already.
should have another stash full tomorow night. that is all for now. keep up the good work. and might i say a necro running countess in hell is quite fun.

yes i just read those posts. that guy has posted 2 posts, same words and all, different runeword names. (Pilliar of Faith - ZodUmUm, and Thunder - LoIstHel). Both were proven fake by a Europe Ladder player. many ppl claim that the Europe Player's screenshot was non ladder and was open bnet, but later found out he plays with a mod for the looks etc. then it was also confirmed by other ppl joining a Europe Ladder game to confirm the test and that the runeword is fake

Wathombe, I waited and I waited... and then I fell asleep so when I woke up I did the testing by myself. I was hoping to get some more runes off you or cheetah to combine it with these runes I had to shoot down some higher combinations but instead I just plugged a few holes in the grid (and then wasted three runes on an acronym with some low level runes left over.)

Well, my poor Piroko (my sorc) does terrible in cows. I don't like dying, but I want to contribute, sooooo......
If anyone who's going to be cowing/countessing needs gear, on USEAST SC, lemme know (like in an IM, e-mail or whisper) and I'll try to get it for ya. I won't be able to get you anything godly, but I've got a few decent things sitting around that I'm not using.
Emphasis on IM, EMAIL, WHISPER. I don't check the forums often enough to be able to catch everything, and this thread moves fast....

this pillar of faith runeword seems to be fake, but nobody has actually tested it in a socketed ethereal shield. considering it would greatly re-balance the worth of the Zod rune which atm is quite useless unless one uses melee botd. and sure botd are nice but doom is nice too and a fraction less powerful only imo (some people think it's even better than botd) so it would make sense that they would make a new runeword using Zod in something powerful. Zod Um Um Zakarum Pillar of Faith. Zakarum priests focus on the powers of faith. I don't know it's all speculation to me until someone tests it in a eth shield. and while it's claimed that the person has posted an identical post using a different name of runeword perhaps he's just a noob trying to mislead everyone into using up zod runes. but whatever i'm sure nobody's foolish enough to believe that THAT many good mods would be found on shield using 1 good rune.

OK, I've finally caught up on reading every last post in this thread.
I think, having read the whole thing from page 1 to page 63 over the last few days, I might have a fresh perspective.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like the focus has been on filling out the grids somewhat randomly, sort of a brute force approach. To me, the numbers just seem to be so outrageous that, even for runewords with a length of 2, it will takea very long time to find one.
Does anyone agree with me that the most promising course of action might be to focus on those runewords which previously had the +25% poison resist placeholder mod, trying to fill out the grids for those runewords in the immedaite vicinity of the original recipe (starting with the original, then expanding outward) ??? Failing that in 2 socketed items, it would seem most likely that these "previously inactive" runewords would use the same 2 original runes, but with a 3rd rune added either to the front or the end.
I realize there are still a great many possibilities, but it seems better than just random testing.
As I enjoy playing Sorc the most, I will be focusing on the only "previously inactive" runeword in wathombe's spreadsheet which involves orbs, namely Terror/Thirst (Eld+Ort). Wish me luck!
