23 Runeword Search Thread

was looking through the 1.07 list of runeword can came across the runeword 'youth' for armor. was thinking if it goes with 'fade' = fal, dol, eth. they all have qualities that stands for youth. fal = +10 to str, dol = replenish life, eth = regenerate mana. haven got the time to try it out cos my exams r coming up soon and have to stop d2 for now.... :rant:
u might want to try it with an amn rune for the 'a' in 'fade' as well though it dont seem to have any relation with youth.

so ya if interested, u can also try out the runeword 'red' in weapons. was thinking of red 'soil' cos the orginal runes needed in the 1.07 list is shael,ort,io=soi(l) but the rune needed might be expensive.... s= sol/sur/shael, o=ort/ohm, i=io, l=lem,lum,lo. i tried the cheaper version of this on a septer (shael,ort,io,lum). dint work on uswest ladder. u guys might have better luck than me with other weapons and good job on the work done so far

Not sure what you're referring to, but I believe it actually IS "Ti". In other news, you should add the acronym SAINT to your list, Wathombe.

Also, SAINT was not added because I is not a low-level rune (it can be Ist), and the main acronym list is based only on low-levels runes.

Senff: Good idea. I've added "saint" to the random 3os+ testing page, as Apom is correct in that the low-lvl rune acronym page does not include and "s" or "i" words.

It is unlikely that Saint is an acronym used by blizzard because it does not conform with the "world of Sanctuary" lore in any way. only mention of holyness is through the "church" of Zakarum, all other religious mentions are pagan i believe. and there were no mentions of Saints in any of the lore I read, although I no longer have the diablo 1 booklet, and it's possible there's a mention of something in there. Although I don't think the diablo lore was as extensive as to have any info on the Zakarum church when d1 came out
